ARTICLE 6 – ORDERS, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
Orders are placed exclusively through the Pulp Galerie website. Once the order has been confirmed and payment received, the buyer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of the order.
Pulp Galerie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the buyer, partial or total non-payment of a previous order, or suspicion of fraud.
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified at the time of purchase and added to the total amount due.
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order and may be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided when placing the order.
Pulp Galerie will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, generally within a few business days unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or destination. Pulp Galerie cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.
Risk transfers to the buyer when the package is handed over to the carrier. The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package upon delivery and reporting any damage or anomaly to the carrier.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the buyer has fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the buyer must notify Pulp Galerie by email or any other written means.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and properly packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return results from an error made by Pulp Galerie.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Pulp Galerie will refund the amount of the product concerned, excluding the initial shipping costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.
However, given the nature of the objects sold by Pulp Galerie — often second-hand, vintage or collectible items — signs of age, wear or imperfections mentioned in the description or visible in photographs cannot constitute grounds for return or refund.
Any returned product that is damaged, incomplete or shows additional signs of use may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of reimbursement.
